Examples of Materials We Use in Making our Knives

Here are some close-up pictures of materials we use in making our Kitchen Knives, in numerous combinations. Any of these can be ordered at no additional cost, subject to availability, by requesting in the memo field when ordering. 

The mosaic pins are made for us by small US craft manufacturers. These are used on every knife, the size and patterns are varied according to the knife and the stock on hand. The pins provide strength to the handles and are beautiful to look at.

We typically incorporate Ebony, Brass, Stainless Steel or Nickle Silver bolsters on our knives to prevent water and bacteria incursion into the handles and for their artistic detail.
