This is complex design incorporating beautiful dark and light hardwoods. We make these boards with Hard Maple, Padouk, Walnut and African Mahogany. bringing out the contrasts of the dark, medium and light colored woods in an intricate pattern. Like all our cutting boards, the construction is 100% end grain which provides a self healing, durable surface and will not dull your knives too quickly. We finish our boards with a food safe coconut oil and wax combination, ready to use when you receive it. Each board comes with non-slip rubber feet to protect your counters and provide for air flow around the board. Your board will come with a care sheet describing the advantages of this type of wood cutting board and help you maintain it for a lifetime.
Note: Size is 18" x 12 1/2", 1 3/8" thick. All our products are hand made so dimensions are approximate. Other than the natural seasoning mentioned above, the wood is not stained or colored and reflect the natural grain and color of the woods.
